I love ABBA, and I love ABBA remixes. I have tonnes of them, but the most notable are the remixes by Almighty Records. They created a group called Abbacadabra (clever, eh?) and in my iTunes library I have 130 different dance versions of ABBA songs by them. I have ten different versions of Dancing Queen alone!

What can I say… I like weird things.
This weeks musical entry is inspired by my rather large collection of Italo Disco. Predominately popular in the early 80s it's really what disco became when they got rid of actual instruments and replaced them with synthesizers. I still have a shelf load of vinyl from that era that I must get around to digitizing as most is no longer available. Many would be shocked that it was available in the first place. Not me love every second of the stuff.
I especially love the English as a second language vocals and how can you not love a song about a soldier picking up a hooker? So from 1985 one of my Italo Disco favourites: Exotic and Erotic by Sandy Marton.
What can I say. I'm just this guy, right.
